The western end of Victoria Quay is open to the public. Security fencing surrounds the eastern area of Victoria Quay, which is a port operational area and not open to the public.
The Fremantle Passenger Terminal is located on Victoria Quay. To get there, follow the signs along the roadway from the nine-storey Fremantle Ports administration building at the end of Phillimore St (near the South Mole). The passenger terminal is the two-storey building at F & G berths half way down Victoria Quay.
The Fremantle Train Station is also close to the Fremantle Passenger Terminal. To get to the Terminal from the Fremantle Train Station either cross the pedestrian maze at the western end of the station or walk east along Phillimore Street and use the large footbridge.
The E Shed Markets, the new Western Australian Maritime Museum, Sail Training Ship Leeuwin (B Shed), Fremantle Motor Museum, Rottnest Island Authority (E Shed), O'Connor Landing (ferry services) are located at the western end of Victoria Quay. You can either walk across the footbridge from the train station or drive along Phillimore Street towards the administration building and park near the building. Ticketed parking and disabled parking facilities are available.
